Mark your calendars — the 49th Annual Oatmeal Festival is happening Saturday, September 26, 2026, in Historic Downtown Bertram, Texas. And we’re inviting local and regional businesses to step up as a 2026 sponsor.
Our mission has never changed: “Endeavoring to ensure scholarship opportunities and supporting programs to enhance our community.” Last year, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, we put $11,500 into our scholarship fund and helped send eight graduating seniors off to college with a little extra in their pocket. This year, we’re aiming to raise $15,000 — and we can’t do it without businesses like yours.
Sponsoring the Oatmeal Festival means your name and logo are seen by thousands of festival-goers — on banners, T-shirts, festival cups, social media, fliers, and announced live from the stage all day long. With 100+ vendor booths expected this year and crowds that fill downtown Bertram from morning to night, there’s no better way to put your business in front of the community.

Where Your Sponsorship Goes
The Oatmeal Festival Association is a Texas non-profit organization. Every dollar raised through sponsorship goes directly toward scholarships for graduating Bertram-area seniors and community programs that make a real difference year-round.
This one-day festival features a Grand Parade, the Oatmeal Bake-Off, the 3.3K “Run for Your Oats” Fun Run, zany “World Championship” games, a Kids Fun Zone, live music and entertainment, and a true Texas street dance — all in Historic Downtown Bertram.

Sponsorships are first-come, first-served, and the earlier you apply, the more visibility your business gets in our pre-festival promotion. Here’s all you need to do:
Step 2: Email or mail your completed form — along with a high-resolution logo — to the sponsorship committee.
Step 3: Send your payment by check (preferred) made payable to the Oatmeal Festival Association.
