- Parade Date: Saturday, September 27, 2025
- Start Time: 10:30 AM sharp
- Check-In: Starting at 8:00 AM at the Bertram Swimming Pool on W. Vaughan St.
- Judging Begins: 9:15 AM (float entries must be in place by 9:00 AM to be judged)
- Entry Deadline: Monday, September 22, 2025
- Late entries will still participate, but won’t be judged or announced by MC

- All participants must be 18+ or have parental consent.
- Candy must be handed out by walkers—no throwing from vehicles.
- Music and water toys are welcome, but be courteous to horses and riders.
- Maintain assigned parade order and a safe distance between entries.
