What Is the Oatmeal Festival?
What started as a tongue-in-cheek spoof of Texas chili cook-offs has grown into a full-day celebration of quirky fun, local flavor, and small-town spirit. Hosted in downtown Bertram, Texas, and named in honor of the nearby community of Oatmeal (yes, it’s real!), this festival draws thousands of guests from across the state each year.
