  • Time: 8:00 am โ€“ 10:00 am
  • Location: Oatmeal Community Center โ†’ Panther Park
  • Description: Riders depart from Oatmeal Community Center and travel into Bertram, arriving in time for the Grande Parade.

๐ŸŽ‰ Grande Parade

  • Time: 10:30 am โ€“ 11:30 am
  • Location: Vaughan Street
  • Description: Colorful floats, marching bands, community groups, and parade entries. Enjoy the Oatmeal Festival Car Show lineup leading the parade.

๐Ÿƒ 3.3 Mile Run for Your Oats

  • Time: 8:00 โ€“ 9:30 am (Participant check-in, late registration, and race)
  • Location: Festival Stage
  • Description: Fun run for participants of all ages. Stay afterward for refreshments and awards before enjoying the rest of the festival.

  • Time: 9:00 โ€“ 10:15 am
  • Location: Johnnie Mae Wheeler Park โ†’ Festival Stage
  • Description: Bring your pets dressed in their cutest outfits. Winners announced immediately after the parade.

๐Ÿฐ Oatmeal Bake-Off

  • Time: 9:30 am โ€“ 2:00 pm
  • Location: Bertram Volunteer Fire Dept (entry drop-off & judging), Festival Stage (winners announced)
  • Description: Celebrate culinary creativity with the annual Oatmeal Bake-Off. Entries judged mid-day with winners announced afterward.

  • Time: 12:00 โ€“ 2:00 pm (Registration 11:30 am โ€“ 12:00 pm)
  • Location: East Vaughan St
  • Entry Fee: $1.00 per game, per participant
  • Games Include: Goat Pill Pop-Off, Cow-Chip Kick-Off, Tortilla Toss, Egg Spoon Race, Egg Toss, Stick Horse Race
  • Notes: Silly, spirited fun for all agesโ€”join in the action or cheer on friends!

  • Time: 12:00 โ€“ 2:00 pm
  • Location: SE Corner of City Hall Back Parking Lot off South St
  • Description: Classic backyard competitionโ€”cheer for friends and family in this entertaining tournament.

  • Time: 12:00 โ€“ 4:00 pm
  • Location: Johnnie Mae Wheeler Park
  • Description: Self-guided outdoor play with Yard Jenga, Four Across, Oatmeal Dig, sidewalk chalk, jump ropes, hula hoops, and more. Free admission.

  • Location: Vaughan St across from Johnnie Mae Park
  • Along with the live art, we will be raffling off a beautiful print created by Sara Mack. Tickets can be purchased at the Artist Couple Booth, located at the NW corner of Gabriel & Vaughan Street.

    • 3:45 โ€“ 4:45 pm: Tomzap – Closing the afternoon, Tomzap performs classic rock and country covers, inviting sing-alongs and foot-tapping fun. Their nostalgic energy ensures the audience stays connected and entertained.
