Hello Festival Vendor,
We would like to invite you to join us for the 45th Annual Bertram Oatmeal Festival. The event will take place on Labor Day Weekend Sept.2 & 3, 2022.
We are currently accepting applications for craft, resale and food truck/trailer vendors that would like to step up booth space for Saturday, September 3rd. The daytime events and activities will take place in downtown Bertram between 8 am and 3 pm. Activities will include Fun Run, Pet Parade, Grand Parade, Oatmeal Bake-Off, Live Music and BBQ plate fundraiser. Booth vendors will also have the opportunity to be part of evening events that highlight a Downtown Bertram street dance. The evening events will be from 8 pm to Midnight. Attached is the application and vendor information for this year’s event.
The Oatmeal Festival is a family friendly event that draws in thousands of attendees that enjoy participating every year. We market our event via electronic media, fliers, newspaper articles, advertising and more. The success of the past 45 year’s events will bring lots of word-of-mouth publicity as well.
If you are interested in attending our festival, please complete the attached application, the deadline is Monday, August 1, 2022. All applications will be approved by the committee. Upon approval vendors will receive the official email notification and online payment link. Applications can be returned by:
